The home is as comfortable as an apartment — high ceilings (2.5 meters), warm in winter, and cool in the summer. Homes can be rented on-site or for travel (the home is certified as a vehicle in the EU and is mounted on a permanent wheeled platform).

The main advantage is that no building permit is required, nor is connection to utilities (electricity, water, sewage) necessary — you can set up a campsite right after purchasing the land.
